We are located just 15 minutes from the Cruz del Condor, in the Colca Canyon – Cabanaconde 3287 meters above sea level. Cabanaconde is the Ollantaytambo of the Colca Valley, from here start all the treks in Colca Canyon, bicycles and horseback riding begin.
Eco-sustainable hotel, we use solar panels to heat the water for the showers.
The rooms have 2 windows (East-West) in order to better heat and ventilate the rooms.
Our terrace has a 270° natural viewpoint towards the mountains, canyon and terraces.
If you want to relax go to the garden and take a hammock or a floating chair with a beautiful view of the canyon and the Andes mountain range

The best viewpoint in
COLCA CANYON
ACHACHIHUA viewpoint is not very well known, because 90% of the classic organized tours only visit until they reach the Cruz del Condor. From Achachihua viewpoint you can see the difficulty of the treks in the Colca Canyon
We recommend visiting this viewpoint before descending and trekking in the Colca Canyon. This way you can see the difficulty and the paths inside the canyon. only 20 minutes by trek from Cabanaconde
Restaurant Casa Santiago
Our menu has been designed by a professional chef, this chef has taught our local cooks generating work for local people. Most of the inputs used are local such as quinoa, native potatoes, alpaca meat, corn and more.
In our menu you can enjoy a local corn cream, alpaca , trout in passion fruit sauce and more.
